Data processing when shopping online

at SUSHIGANG you order goods for a fee. In this context, we process personal data to fulfill the contract, in the event of a recall and in particular to process your order, to deliver the goods, to process payments and possible warranty cases. For these purposes, we primarily process your first and last name, your gender, your date of birth, your delivery and billing address and your e-mail address, as well as your password and telephone number, if applicable.

For the purpose of contract processing or billing, your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for contract processing or billing or if you have given your prior consent. As part of the processing of your order, for example, service providers (e.g. transport companies) used by us receive the data necessary for processing the order.

Storage of access data in log data
Every time the SUSHI-GANG pages are accessed, usage data is transmitted through the respective Internet browser and stored in log files. The data records stored in this process contain the following data: date and time of the call, name of the page called up, IP address, referrer URL (URL of origin from which you came to the website), the amount of data transferred, loading time, and Product and version information of the browser used. The IP addresses of the users will be deleted after the end of use. We evaluate these log file data records in anonymised form in order to further improve our offer and make it more user-friendly, to find and correct errors more quickly and to control server capacities.

Data collection and use for contract processing
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when you contact us (e.g. using the contact form or email). Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you have provided to process contracts and your inquiries. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permitted and which we will inform you about below.

Data transfer to fulfill the contract
To fulfill the contract, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. To process payments, we pass on the payment data required for this to the credit institute commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the payment service you selected in the order process.

Use of cookies
We use cookies on various pages to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of the four cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). This enables us to offer you, for example, the cross-page shopping cart display, in which you can see how many items are currently in your shopping cart and how high your current purchase value is. Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer the next time you visit (so-called permanent or cross-session cookies). These cookies in particular are used to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Thanks to these files, it is possible, for example, to display information on the site that is specifically tailored to your interests. These cookies are automatically deleted after one year.
For this purpose, our cookies collect the following information, among other things: session ID, hash for shopping cart, hash for wish list, origin of the user, gender of the categories visited and the last page visited on DALUMA.

Further analysis tools
On this website, information about the surfing behavior of website visitors is collected and stored in anonymised form using other internet technologies. This data is stored on your computer with the help of so-called cookie text files and allows us to analyze surfing behavior in an anonymous form. For example, from which city a website visitor comes, which browser type and operating system the website visitor uses and which pages they have visited on the website. Under no circumstances can the data obtained be used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The collected data is only used to improve the offer. This is why all IP addresses are shortened so that IP addresses are only processed in anonymised form. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.
Here you can generally object to the collection, processing and use of data by the analysis services and retargeting technologies used on this website with future effect. This will save an opt-out cookie on your device. This objection applies as long as you do not delete the cookie.

Data processing outside the European Economic Area
Personal data will not be processed in countries outside the scope of Directive 95/46 / EC, unless the service providers or third-party providers named in this data protection declaration that are based outside the European Economic Area are affected.

You have a right to free information about the data we have stored about you and, if necessary, a right to correction, restriction of processing, data portability or deletion of this data. If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, information, correction, blocking or deletion of data as well as revocation of granted consent or objection to a specific use of data, please contact us directly using the contact details in our imprint.
